TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WINHERO CASINO

4. ACCOUNT LIMITS AND SELF-EXCLUSION

   Winhero Casino may implement account limits on a User's gaming activities at the User's request or as required by law.Users can self-exclude from participating in gaming activities for a minimum of 6 months and up to a maximum of 5 years.Self-excluded Users will not be able to create new accounts, access their existing accounts, or receive promotional materials.

5. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Winhero Casino reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed about changes.

14. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS

    Winhero Casino may terminate User accounts for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
    • Breach of applicable laws or regulations;
    • Suspicious activity;
    • AML policy violations.

15. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

21. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

    Winhero Casino shall maintain confidentiality of all confidential information provided by Users.Users acknowledge that any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE

    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.

23. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

    Winhero Casino may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice.Upon termination, Users must immediately cease using the Platform and return all proprietary materials provided by Winhero Casino.

24. GOVERNING JURISDICTION

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
